? Visually inspect tires for damage/ wear

? Inspect drive train condition – measure chain wear

? Check front and rear hub adjustment

? Check front and rear wheel true – true wheels on bike if necessary ( wheel true charges will apply)

? Check front and rear brake adjustments – inspect brake pad/ cable condition

? Lube chain and brake/ derailleur pivots

? Torque all bolts to manufacturers’ specs.

? Check headset bearing adjustments

? Inflate tires to recommended pressure

LEVEL 1 TUNE (RECUMBENTS/ TANDEMS: $25.00 EXTRA) $50.00

SAFETY CHECK LIST INCLUDED IN LEVEL 1 TUNE PLUS:
? Replace drive train components if necessary

? Light cleaning / degreasing of drive train components – components remain on bike

? Quick lube / adjust wheel hubs

? Check radial and lateral wheel true in truing stand (extra labor charges for spoke replacement)

? Adjust front / rear brakes – resurface or replace pads, replace cables / housing if necessary

? Check bottom bracket bearings for wear, adjust if applicable

? Check / align rear derailleur hanger

? Adjust front / rear shifting – replace cables / housing if necessary, check range, derailleur position

? Lube chain , derailleur brake pivots and springs

? Torque all bolts and hardware to manufactures specs.

? Adjust fenders / racks position if applicable

? Reroute cycle computer wire if applicable

? Check saddle / bar position

? Check headset bearings for wear, adjust as necessary

? Clean / degrease frame and wheels

? Inflate tires to recommended pressure

? Test ride

LEVEL 2 TUNE (RECUMBENTS/ TANDEMS: $40.00 EXTRA) $85.00

Level 1 tune included:

? Drive train solvent wash (remove chain, cassette, crank set, front/ rear derailleur’s)

? Overhaul 1 major bearing (wheel hub, headset, or bottom bracket if applicable)

Note: Repair parts extra. Replacement parts installation labor included in price (excluding bottom bracket/ headset).

Level 3 Tune – "Major overhaul" (recumbent/ Tandems: $65.00 extra) $190.00

COMPLETE DISASSEMBLY OF BICYCLE:
 
? Visually inspect frame and components for damage/ wear

? Remove drive train components and solvent wash

? Clean brake calipers, resurface or replace brake pads if necessary

? Overhaul headset (includes bearings and grease)

? Overhaul pedals (if applicable, includes bearings and grease)

? Overhaul bottom bracket (cartridge bb, remove/ Clean threads/ reinstall and adjust)

? Overhaul front and rear wheels (includes bearings/ grease)

? Tension/ true both wheels (remove tires/ tubes, check radial and lateral true)

? Clean and polish frame and fork

? Clean/ degrease wheels

? Reassemble bicycle

? Replace all cables and housing with new( included in price)

? Lube brake and derailleur pivots/ springs

? Lube chain (customer may choose wet, dry or wax lubricant)

? Torque all bolts/ hardware to manufacturers specs

? Adjust fender/ rack (if applicable)

? Inflate tire to recommended pressure

? Test ride
